IKen DVD from Mexus Education
Bad Service

I have been purchasing iKen DVD from Mexus Education - Mathematics and Science for last 2 years for my son. Though it gave some problem in installation, it was rectified by their customer care. This year also I purchased iKen DVD - Mathematics and Science for Class 8. It gave some problem in installation on my laptop (same one where i installed last 2 years). It gave me some errors. I contacted customer care. After calling 4-5 times, they did not solve the problem. Each time they ask me to wait with screen sharing on for more than an hour where no one turned up. They mentioned they cannot call back and waiting on laptop for their representative was only way. Even after calling 5-6 time the problem is not resolved. The customer care is totally non supportive. The DVDs which I purchased in Apr is still not installed and Rs. 999 is wasted...
