Delay in delivery

I have booked a Mac Book 207 on 9th Dec and the delivery was promised was after one week on the 16th. On the 16th i was told that it will take 2 more days, after that i called today 18th Dec i was informed that it will take 4 to 5 more days. Which according to me is very bad customer Service.

When i asked for a refund i was informed that i will have to pay a 5 to 10 % surcharge as it was paid by card.

I would like to have the machine by tomorrow or the refund and i wont be paying the surcharge as it is a delay at your end.

As i am a student and have a lot of projects lined up, and i cant wait for so long to get a computer.
