Dear Sir/Ma'm,

Hi This is Sourabh Jain having my own company bu the name Awesome Events and Entertainments. A marketing executive was came to me before a month and ask me about Indiamart. He commit me for a package of Rs. 48000 in a discounted rate Rs. 16545. So I get agreed on the same and Give him a cheque of Rs. 16545 for the services of Online Promotion on 28-03-201. But till now I hann;t get any response from company. I had made many complain in their Indore Office, Noida Office and Hyderabad Offce etc Now I request them to give me my money back to me but they are behaving wrong and told me What ever you have to do, do it. We will not give you money back.

If you want to approach to court go to court We will have a look.

Please help me out If possible.
