I had bought a HP printer 3 in 1 four months ago, This printer is dead on 12th October. When I given a complaint. rhey said, whithin 48 Hrs the printer will be ready. I requested the dealer as well as the HP cosomer care to provide a stand by scanner, because it is an office. Both are denied and on 18th service people came and confirmed the replacemnt. Also confirmed more 7 days to be wait.

Again I requestd to provide a stagby... nothing doing and neglet my request...

Never I bought HP Product.
