I have paid for the mobile phone on 16.02.2010but till date they are not supplying mobile phone nor replying my emails

My repeated complaints to the company remains unanswered. I have also requested them to give me their senior's phone number or their Mumbai address where I can go personally and collect my product or refund. But they are not replying.
