Defective product received

I have ordered for a CD of Need for Speed (a xbox game CD) through indiatimes.com i ordered that in march and received it in approx 25 days at my address. (Indiatimes order No: - 300​1016125)

when i received, it was a defective product and the cd was scrached.

Later when contacted indiatimes.com they informed me to return the poduct to the vendor which was done by me. still till today they have not given any refund for the product as well as courior charges which were paid by me.
