Hang while booting

Dear Sir,

I am Facing a problem with my motherboard from last two months

while booting it shows only blinker on the top of screen

i have changed my hard disk also but there is a problem with motherboard

so i need to change it and it is still in under warranty

so you are requested to rectify my problem and hope it will be settled

the all information about motherboard is given below:-
