VAIO is the most useless laptop

I bought a Sony VAIO laptop last year and from the day of purchase itself the bluetooth was not working. At the time of purchase I didnt check it that was my mistake, so the dealer didnt replace it and asked me to check with the service center. Then within a few days it started getting auto switched off but used to happen very rarely so I attributed it to less battery charge and that was again a big mistake.

The thing is these SONY dealers either sell already used laptops or the quality of the laptops is this poor. Its just because of the brand name that VAIO is still surviving. Quality is worser than any local branded laptop.

The service centre people are very rude and harsh, real pain in.. VAIO sucks. I used to buy all SONY products till now but after VAIO I guess this is going to be my last purchase of any SONY product
