Unsolved issue

We faced technical defect- graphics problem and window were flickering in laptop. so after few days problem was approved and laptop was on replacement process.

The laptop was replaced. But I faced the same problem in my replaced laptop inspiron 14z as well.

The laptop was replaced for the second time. our repeated complaints about technical defects have fallen on deaf ears.

THE STRANGE THING that I found in the laptop was that the laptop was carrying someone’s picture. I have the query regarding that if the replaced laptop was a new one, then how it can happen. That means someone has used the laptop before I received it.

I WANT REFUND against my laptop. I want my actual payment that i had paid to the dealer

I am suffering from professional loss and mental harassment.
