Frequent failure of mother board

Dear Sir,

Please note that we have purchased one ACR computer with a warranty period of one year on 09.10.2010 in ACCENT NETWARES through KR-BPCL cooperative society. In this connection we would like to inform you that this computer is having frequent problem for Mother board defective, This mother board was already changed once recently and again this problem is came/persist within a span of short period and same was taken up with ACCENT NETWARES for immediate rectifications.

It also requested that M/s ACCENT NET WARES is already raised complaints to your Intel service center on 22.06.2011 with the following details and till now this problem was not yet resolved.

At present this computer is mainly using for office jobs as well as my personal jobs on need basis at my home and due to non availability of this computer at my residence I could not abele to manage with my office jobs and as well as personal works.

Hence you may kindly do the needful and take necessary action to rectify the same on urgent basis.
