Delaying in repairing

My computer's motherboard number: BTTC04100221

I have bought my system on last year December month at SUPREME COMPUTER INDIA PVT.LTD chennai.

On 21-5 i have give my system for service at SUPREME COMPUTER INDIA PVT.LTD for the problem of hanging during the system working. THEY CHECKED THE SYSTEM AND SAID THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE MOTHERBOARD.They send the motherboard to INTEL SERVICE CENTER to repair.

They return the motherboard after 10 days of servicing it. Even after the service the problem of hanging is not rectified. So i again gave my motherboard to the dealer (SUPREME COMPUTER INDIA PVT.LTD).

They again send the motherboard to INTEL service center on 04-06.Still now they are repairing it. I have called INTEL SERVICE CENTER in chennai they said that the motherboard has been checked fully and they have send it to the BANGALORE INTEL SERVICE CENTER for the REPLACEMENT

Whats the hell is going on there man. What they think. How long they will take for the replacement...

I have spend time with out system for one month ..most of my works are dumped..And also i have paid my internet connection bill without using it ..it make me mad.
