Replacement of faulty Motherboard

Sir / Madam,

I had purchased assembled pc recently before 2 to 3 months. Before arouind one month, my pc was gone off automatically, then after i have tried to start it again for 3 to 4 times, but I could not. So, I called my technician, he had checked all the possible things and finally came to a conclusion that the motherboard is having the fault and he had sent the motherboard to Intel for replacement through the distributor.

After around 15 days or more, he got the replacement from Intel, which was also having the same problem of display. Hence, he had returned the same to Intel. Recently, I have been informed that the replacement will be received within next 5 to 6 days, but I am definite that it will not, because after a week, there is Diwali festivals and I will get reply that now there are Diwali holidays.

Serial No. (New) : BTWW11600GD7 (This is the No. of motherboard received as replacement,

which was also having the same fault as mentioned above)

Now, I want latest motherboard, because this model DH61WW is faulty, which is accepted and mentioned by the distributor in his mail sent to Intel.

Sir, my Rs. 26000/- has been blocked since last one month and I am paying for Internet connection without any utilisation, which being a middle class man, I can not afford.

I humbly request your goodselves to help me to come out of this situation by getting me replacement of my motherboard with latest model (not DH61WW).
