Internet not getting connected properly

Hello, I am using Home-250 Plan.

My number is 0422-2572551.

My ADSL light is blinking. It is not getting Stabilized.

My PC is working Perfectly. It must be a problem in BSNL.

Please rectify as soon as possible.
