Salary not paid for 3 months and even experience letter not given

This is the complaint against one of the companies which is into Iphone applications and also into mobile application these are fraudsters and they have not paid me the salary for 3 months and alos held my experience letter I experienced this after working for more than 1.5 years with them .. Their are many person who have filed judicial cases against him for not giving salaries and some of the clients have even sued him for bad reviews for website creation or for incomplete work.. charging more and many more things..
