Hard disk still in the warranty period and not replaced properly

I bought an Iomega hard disk (USB on the go) less than 3 years ago. It was replaced once within 2 years of purchase. After that, in January I faced problems regarding the hard disk and I asked them to replace it. But they asked me to courier my hard disk to Bangalore. I couriered it to Bangalore. They also told me that we do not have policy for replacement in Noida through post. They asked for an address in Delhi of friend or relative. I provided them with one of my friend's address. And the replacement came as the big non-portable electrically powered hard drive which was of no use to me. I kept on contacting them but sometimes they responded and sometimes they didn't even responded to my mails. I asked them to replace it. They said they have no idea how this blunder happened. They made me wait another 1 month and then they provided me another hard disk which was USB on the go but it is not even working and no laptop or desktop can even detect it. Now they are asking me to courier back everything back to Bangalore which will be really expensive for me. and they are saying that replacement cannot proceed further. But it was not my mistake that they sent me that heavy hard disk and one more faulty product. Kindly help me out with this. Its been over six months that I am without my hard disk.
