Karani Solutions
No service despite AMC, abusive

I am a small businessman living in Golf Green, Kolkata. JustDial had given my number to Karani Solutions, a Howrah company whose address is D-28/5, Industrial Housing Estate, P.O. Sapuipara, Bally, Howrah-711227.They repaired my laptop twice in 2010.They took nearly 10000/- from me for this. I later found out that they had cheated me by claiming money for replacement when they had only repaired my laptop's keyboard by sending it to the authorised service centre. Subsequently I entered into annual maintenance contract with them. I paid them Rs 3600/- for my two machines, one Lenovo Desktop and a Compaq Laptop. Despite being paid in full Karani Solutions now refuse to attend any service calls. The owner, Mr Deepak Karani (Mobile no:9831083218) abuses me when I call him. I want the Annual Maintenance Contract fees of Rs 3600/- back from Karani Solutions and also refund of Rs 4000/- they took from me for replacing my laptop keyboard. My contact details are:
