Taken for a ride by HP authorized Service Cente

Kay Impex is authorized service center of HP and Compaq. We had a horrible experience with this company who took money for extended warranty service from us and then told us that it won't be possible to give the service. A person called Mr. Ronny refused to return the full amount and offered a partial refund. In spite of regular follow-ups for several months, not even partial refund was given to us.

They openly dare you saying- "Try dragging us to consumer court. You will waste money and time fighting for years. Nothing will come out of it. We are too big to take on."

No support was given by HP either in this entire matter.

In short - HP Kay Impex their manager Mr Ronny: This combination means you are going to get robbed of your money.

If you buy HP in Mumbai, go for any other service center except Kay Impex.
