KINGSTON Pen Drive 8GB Data Traveller
Not working. showing used/free space/capacity 0

A Kingston pen drive of 8 GB is unable to open though my computer is detecting the device but whenever I try to open the removable drive my computer shows "Insert disc in Drive I" (when inserting in USB PORT-I). Green light in the pen drive is continuosly blinking. I had registered a complaint at Kingston India's phone no. 1860 233 4515. Complaint No.- KINC 006005 was given to me on Dt. 26-11. There is 1.08 GB of data stored on this pen drive. On phone I told about the importance of data to me their representative told me to visit their Auth. Service Centre M/s Bharat Infotech, 612, 6th floor, Eros Apptt., 56, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 with a Blank CD for recovery of data. On 29-11 when I visited their above mentioned service station their representatives refused to recover my data. I have told them to take charges for recovery of data because data copied on this pen drive is more important for me rather than the pen drive. I havn't received any technical support by the company as said by the company's representative on phone on Dt. 26-11. My product serial number is "D100/8GB 04235-392 AOOLF 5V CH 4030750 CHINA".
