Sir/mam,
Im ashish soni, i ordered a pen drive from koovs.Com online shopping store and my order number is 369048 on 25 dec and make a payment of rs. 699. And they committed to delivered within 3-4 working days but still on 16 apr i cant got my order and when im calling them they just said that your order in process please wait. And im called them several time but they just make my call on hold and then cut the line and im not getting any response from there side. Now im getting very disturbed by all that so please help me to out this problem please.
