My agreement No.05441/08 . I have availed a finance from your esteemed Limited for purchasing desktop computers and issued 18 cheques @ 1651/- Sofar I have passed 9 cheques. Due to bank problems I am not in a position of honour my 9 cheques.

When I approached (Phone No.09941410254) concen dept, I asked me to pay @ 500/- for each cheque (9 x 500 = 4500).

I have stated my business only 2 years before. Due to god grace and your good help I am doing business very well.

For 9 cheque Rs. 1651 x 9 - 14, 859/- and also 4500/- it comes around 19, 000/-

See I am doing small business in future I want to continue and also interested to purchase another systems for my business.

Any how I want to reduce the penalty so as to enable me to pay the amount.
