I have internet unlimited usage for Rs. 1099 plus taxes. every month, for email facility, conta ct with my children settled abroad 20 years back. and for spending my time on YOU TUBE for listening to classical music as I have become totally immobile, incurring huge medical expenses for me and my wife.

In these cir cumstances, I am not able to pay even Rs.1400 every month.
