Defected piece

I bought. a Head phone from LandMark gurgaon store but after 3 days its broken and went to a store and told them to replace this so they starting a excuse and tell me send a email and photocopy of headphone and send to them and again i went their so again they made a excuse . they selling defected piece they stick the head phone with feviquick . now they told that they need to talk with vendor and then replace but they did'nt do this. landmark (grandmall) service is very bad
