Paisaback offer not given

Hi Team,

I am Amol Ghadigaonkar a Tata employee. I booked Dell laptop from Dell Store at Croma Mulund (Mumbai, Maharashtra) on 01/01.

At the time of inquiery sales person of dell told me about the paisaback offer and he told that i will get min 3% and max about the laptop cost discount. But when i took the laptop he was not having the coupan and he will get it on 2nd. i went the shop two times but it was not available. Now he is telling me that the offer was valid till stock last which was not communicated to me. If this happens i will be in loss of min 1200 and max 40000 which should not happen.

If Tata employee will have a bad experience how can he will advertise croma offers.

Please look into this.
