Unauthorised selling of laptop

Sir i have buy laptop of dell company but after buying when i got problem then i went to chandigarh dell servise centre but told that this laptop has been ilegalily sold in india and it does not cover warrenty, you go and ask him to return your money back but sir i have went to him many time he always refuse about this problem.i have the bill of my laptop.

sir i have buy this laptop before 4 months and i also approched to dell sells navigator than they told that you go to police station and complaint. sir i am a student and and i am living in hostel and i am not getting any idea.

so sir please help to get my money back.
