Not repairing laptop

Good evening,

I am Dr. Virender Yadav from WHO (chest & T.B. specialist).

I have submitted my laptop in hp service center, sector-14, gurgoan (HR).

CASE NO-13401.

DATE 30/08.

TOKEN NO-26.

I had submitted this laptop before. At that they replaced its speaker and returned it to me. I dont know whether they forgot to tight the screw properly or they broken it from inside (left side just below screen). After that i went outside and when after two months i went there, they told me it is physically damaged and we will not accept it. I told them it is`t physically damage but they forced me to accept it as the same.

When i talked with manager then he talked rudely and said that i am working in IT field from last five years, this and that. I think its not our headache whether he is working there for last five years or fifty years.

Its keyboard is also not working properly.from last many months i am requesting them to solve it but they just service it and return it.

Its touchpad is also getting problem but they do same as for keyboard. Touchpad get problem sometimes not all the time but it get problem.os it seem irrelevent when it stops working.

I dont have all the days to go there and to submit laptop again & again. And nobody will have so much time. I have submitted it many times at this service center and i did`t get proper response.

Now they forced me to get responsibility if its damaged more.yes i am agree with it but its due to there CARELESSNESS not mine. I have also two more hp laptops in my family that i have purchased 7 months back. but i think this kind of service response will make me in trouble if i get problem in these two more laptop.

Now if you will see the laptop you will also find out that it is not physically damaged.

So please solve out the problem as soon as possible otherwise i will have to take help of consumer court which i dont want.
