Poor service

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 14th Feb’12 I had purchased a laptop from Croma out late situated at Ripple Mall, SURAT. There were some gift voucher to be given with purchase of laptop but your store people told us, they don’t have sufficient no. of gift voucher to issue so take your gift voucher after max 1 week but till date we have not received any intimation from their side regarding this.

We have personally contacted them yesterday for the same but they replied that they are yet to receive the vouchers hence it will take one more week for them to give us our gift vouchers.

Though it is understandable that there may be a shortage of gift vouchers at their end, it is dis-appointing the way they have treated us. There is no clear information available to them and nobody provides us any accurate information. All they give is some ambiguous statements. As a customer it is my right to receive the product along with all the gifts and services available with it from the manufacturer or seller.

Being a reputed brand in electronics appliances, it is surprising to see such a careless attitude of the croma staff towards their customers. This has left us highly dis-satisfied with their service standards.

We request you to take a serious note of this behavior and instruct the concerned to deliver the gift vouchers at my address which I am appending below and also given in your bill.

Being a professional and a newly married it was my planning to purchase all my home appliances requirements (TV/Fridge/washing machine/microwave etc) from your reputed store only but this experience has made me think twice before making any purchase again from your store.
