No window/Major scratch on body

New laptop purchased on 14th May just after use of 50 days laptop is sowing hard disk error so I call customer care and I got the information to hand over the laptop to nearest HP service centre I surrender the laptop to RT HP authorised Service center in gurgaon against case no 12529 ref pdf and regularly follow-up with the service centre as result hard disk problem rectified and I received a call from service center to collect the laptop I personally visited the center and meet with service enggr he show the laptop and told me that the your problem has solved you can take back your laptop but there is no window in my laptop and major scratch on top cover I asked with manager how we check the laptop without window he told me you will get window CD through courier within a week, till today we have not received any courier regarding the same and no solution for major scratch of my laptop while handedovering the laptot to service center it is new one and alsothere is no any remark on service call report.

Hence you are requested to please solve my problem immediately my laptop is new and under warranty.
