Laptop hinges struck

I have purchased Laptop N45 (Product code:-AX0N4507 Sr. No.2104AX285408) form your authorised dealer (Creative Computer & Peripherials) at Chandigarh against invoice no.738 dt.06.08.2010.

On ist day it's LCD portion was very hard to open, but dealer convienced me that it be get loose after operations. It did not given me problem inspite of getting hard to open LCD portion. But on 23.04. it's right hand side portion hinges (Kabja) stop working & plastic part of the body broken & found the hingis is not working (got jam).

It was observed that one of the screw came out & jammed hinges came out.

It was also shown at your service chandigarh service centre & given me qutation (attached) of appr.2400/-Rs for repair. Which is big amount.

Please tell what is my fault, why do i pay the this amount as my machine is under warranty. I am not responsible for broken plastic parts. It is machines hinges problem.

My request is do the needful so that my Laptop to be repaired under warranty.
