This is to inform you that I had bought a power adapter of my HP Laptop from your distrirbutor/dealer in Bhubaneswar on 26.04.2010. The same adapter did not work on 22.07.2010 and on the same I had taken it to the knowledge of your dealer.

Even though this part comes under warranty and passing of more than 20 days, has not been replaced.

You are requested to look into the matter, else I shall take the help of consumer court.
