Laptop repairing
My complaint is against a shopkeeper!

Being a consumer i was totally disappointed by the service from a shopkeeper. Actually i was having problem with my laptop, which was not starting because of some trouble in power cable or the socket of the laptop. I came to know this from other shop. Seeing an advertisement from justdail i called the person to repair it. I gave my laptop along with the power cable to them as they refused to found the problem at my home itself. I asked them to let me know the defect in the laptop.

Even though they delayed for some weeks, i had a visit to his shop and asked them to do the work, also asked to check it in front of me only. Accepting that they said he will make a call to me at the working time and do it in front of me. But even then they took 1 to 2 months. Being angry by their behavior as they were not piking my calls and not even contacting me on 11 Apr i again had a visit to their shop to take my laptop back. When i asked them what was the defect they told me that there's some problem in motherboard. They had also told me many reasons before my first visit, like there is only problem in cable, then - there problem in socket and now this- theres problem in motherboard!

They treated very badly and even used foul language.

It may also affect the names of resources (like - JUSTDIAL) from wich we come to know such shops. On the very day he made me to complain about their miss behavior. I want you to take an immediate ACTION against them so that further no more consumer will be affected and resources names should not be spoiled.
