I have brought lenovo machine G560 serial no CBQ3729097 on 19 Jan from Chrome, Pune at 5:37 PM.. From 1st day, the laptop unexpectedly shutdown after 10-15 minutes. I made a telephonic complained to lenovo customer care and I was provided with reference no 4270151826 and lenovo executive told me to take machine to service center. I brought it to Service center on 21 Jan at law college road, Pune and i was told that motherboard is defective and it needs to be replaced. I was not provided with any service report as i had complained through phone and executive told me same reference no will be valid for this complained.
i emailed lenovo warranty care about the issue and told them to provide me a brand new laptop as the existing one is defective machine. and i dont want replacemnt of motherboard in my existing machine. I had emailed them scanned copy of my invoice number also.
They provide me a new reference number 5082745 and told me tey will get back to me in 2 days. I again tried to email them and call them but got no proper response every time they said concerned person will give you a call but i've not recived any call regarding this.
I'm totally frustrated by calling lenovo warranty care again and again and require your help to resolve this issue and provide me with a new laptop.
