Battery and adopter not working

Hello, I have purchased Lenevo 3000N series laptop, on 2007 nov. exactly after one year and 2 months, my battery is stopped working, due to this problem my hard disk was also caused error, so I was forced to change my HDD. now i could not work with my laptop even in direct power input.(ie.without battery) I came to know that most of the buyers are having the same problem. There is no response from the dealer side as well as toll free number.

let me know any Pre-plan from Lenovo company?

My valuable savings money is wasted by this company.

please suggest anything for me!
