Not receive gift items

Dear sir,

I had purchased a lenovo laptop of model no 4152 during December. As per company's scheme I booked two free gift (printer and watch) bearing the reference code RED94892512732170 . I had send the BANK DRAFT OF Rs 500 ON 3/1 along with ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BY SPEED-POST TO LENOVO CHANNEL TECNOLOGIES, A-74, Sector-2, Noida 201301. It has mentioned that I will get the gifts within 3-4 months but till now I have not yet received the free gifts. Due to misplace of copies of relevant papers I could not lodge the complain earlier.kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
