Sir/Madam,
I purchased Lenovo 3000 N100 Series Laptop (Type: 0768 A 35) having serial no. S/N L3 BP382 06/11 on December. During June its battery stopped working, but Laptop was under one year warranty, so it got easily replaced. But just few months later, the battery again stopped working on Feb. Now it was out of warranty. But due to their negligence they were ready to replace it during June. Now slowly when I reached to it again stopped working. Now they are even not responding to the E mails. They are not giving warranty on new battery for more than three months, and I know very well that Battery quality is so pathetic that it cannot run for a year.
Till Now I have changed my battery twice, meaning that I have got three time poor battery. Their battery is costing for more than 8000 Rs. which is quite expensive as compared to other companies of similar range.
On their toll free no. they are saying that warranty is for one year, but service center says that warranty is for 3 months only.
Please help me out. I am even ready to purchase that shit battery for Rs. 8000, but they must give warranty for one and half year.
