Not received gift

I bought my lenovo Y 330 in the month of April. According to the scheme I was to pay Rs. 3999 and get a Blackberry free with the laptop and to be delivered within two months. It is over 6 months and there is no sign of when we will receive the phone. Whenever we call the centre, they would ignore our complaint somehow or the other or not pick up the phone at times. The case id is 5060949.
