Dear Sir,
I have submitted my Lenovo Laptop to the Century Computers, Lucknow on 21.01.2010 for the replacement of Mother Board as they have told me. But there is almost completed a month and my laptop is still not repaired. and I have already purchased a service warranty pack. I have remind to your authorised dealer i.e Century Computers lots of time but they cannot give me the satisfactory feedback. if this is your service then I want to suggest all the people that they will never buy the Lenovo computers. You are such a big company and your service is like this...
