Dear Sir/Madam,

I would yo inform you that i have purchased a Lenovo Notebook on December due to some booting problem i have lodged a complaint and submitted it on 22nd Feb 10 to RT Outsourcing Ltd Lucknow (0522-4069882, 4069880) but i did not get it back till date. As i asked to them they replied that part of this machine is not received yet. Could you please check the status for the same and send it back to me as soon as possible. i got fed up to call to your customer care but did not get proper response.
