Sir/Madam,

I have laptop of Y410 series with open type DVD drive. Since jan i have changed DVD drive 5 times but yet again i strucked with same problem. I have, all receipt that i got on replacing of DVD drive. This trouble gives me too much harassment.

please help me out.
