The laptop is not working as it should

I bought Lenovo Y500 in NOV.

There are plenty of problems with it.

1) The DVD Writer stopped working in JAN

2) The battery backup is like for just 15 mins.

3) The Right Speaker isn't working.

4) The Bass speaker stopped working too.

Is there any solution to all this? other than buying a new laptop.
