Hardware failure

I have purchased Lenovo ideapad y550 418629Q dated 27 nov from galaxy it concepts (Mumbai). I purchased it at 48, 000/-. Now the laptop screen is having red patches on the screen & also the stud is making crackling sound when closing or opening the lid of laptop. On complain to the customer care they are saying that my warranty period is expired and you have to pay for the hardware replacement. I told them the bill clearly shows that the laptop is given with 3 years warranty. The customer care then told me to complain the shopkeeper about this. I went to the shop n number of times but they are always giving me some non-sense reason like

1st time they told me you have not brought the bill, 2nd time they told today staff is not there, 3rd time they told me that the person who has signed the bill is not present and so on.

Please help me.
