Not Repairing just playing

I have given my laptop for repair lenovo G460 which is in warranty at

HITECH INFORMATICS PVT. LTD.

The Problem is they are playing with me. I went there for 6 times for repairing.

Two times they did some adjustment and returned to me telling its repaired, we replaced your RAM and Hard disk.

Now they are telling we have to reopen the issue (the problem is really in Mother Board) and we are waiting for higher authority approval.

These type of companies are taking authorization from the brand (Lenovo) but don't have proficiency to solve any issue and making the brand name fall due to bad service.
