Excess rate charged and misguided by the merchant

I have purchased the lenovo g550-2958g8q (Product ID:00359-OEM-8992687-00249) from Reliance Hypermart limited faridabad (store code:6047) on 9th august.cash memo no. S06047 R025.

we were told by the dealer that the Macfee antivirus is life time is free with the product which is sold to us. the antivirus services which was provided along with the product ended in a month.

It shows that the dealer misguided us.

The MRP of the product which mention on the box is Rs -37, 190 (inclusive of all Taxes) while we were charged Rs-38, 489.we were charged Rs 1299/- were excess charged. This is a cheating to the customer and bad name to world famous merchant Reliance Hypermart limited.

Please let us know what action can be taken in this regard.kindly do for the needfull at the earliest
