Unable to Start Laptop

Hereby i facing a crucial problem since 1 week, due to which my projects have hanged off. The problem i am facing is clarified below.

When I start my laptop, it shows the power supply to be on, but the display screen don't show anything. Few minutes later three beeps are heard. I have 3yr warranty, so hereby i would like to submit my complaint.

Please do the needful as earliest as possible.
