Lines on lcd screen

Hi,

i had purchased a laptop lenovo g 560 and now within 20days i am getting lines on lcd screen which is vertical. now i want to replace this one and also i had mailed as per the dealers instructions and still i have no response from them. i want a quick response else i'll move this issue to the court. i need a replacement within a week.
