Cheating in the name of warranty & Qualityless Product

I have bought a Lenovo Laptop on January 4. I got 1 year warranty for the product. My Laptop's silver coating around the keyboard and the mouse pad is coming out. I tried to contact customer care of Lenovo many times. They used to respond after a long period. Whenever I mail to customer care, they used to give reply like this. "You will get the reply within two business days" and I never got a perfect reply in time or withing two days.
When I called Customer Care and asked about this issue, they said that this is a cosmetic damage and not a hardware damage and they will not give warranty for this and also they are not ready to tell the remedy for this also. Lenovo Customer Care Service is very bad and behaving in a very bad manner towards customer without a proper reply.
Lenovo is cheating customers in the name of warranty.
They are neglecting issues like this and they are not even ready to tell a solution for my problem. Lenovo is providing a very bad product like this. I feel shame on Lenovo's customer support and for providing me such a quality less product for 35000 Rs.
Please do not allow to continue this towards any of the Consumers.
