Toll free numbers are not responding

The wi fi system of my lenovo laptop 3000 G 430 is not working. There is no proper customer care numbers available, more ever the numbers which are available are not responding. This is indeed a very poor service from lenovo. I think I have made a mistake in selecting this product.though my lapi is under warranty period the company after reading my complaint should itself make a call on my numbers otherwise it is just like bhaji market.
