Poor Service

I had a worst experience of Lenovo Laptop, i have sent service requests many a time but no response from the serice centre, online customer support providing service complaint number everytime but no service centre is responding for repair. i have laptop under 3 years onsite warranty but i am facing a problem from last one year and after many complaints it is still waiting for response... be carefull before buying LENOVE LAPTOP.
