Egrding not proper working of key pad

A few days ago i purchased my G 560-890 laptop but it's very said that Key board is not functioning and i m very shocked even before the problem solved one more problem occured that as i open my laptop it shows the lenovo logo and makes long beep sound with blank display. is this the way of lenovo quality control. veeeery disappointing to see service center just after the purchase. will u kindly tell me that have i invested my hard income in right place. please tell me if u have sympathy with your costme
