We purchased one Lenovo LAPTOP G450 from Computer Heart located at GS Road, Guwahati, Assam on 22/07. The billed price is not matching with the price written in the packet. without informing us, the shopkeeper has taken more price Rs. 300 . The free offered antivirus is also of expired version. When asked about it, the shop keeper told it as the carry bag price. But the carry bag is listed in the offered gift list and is mentioned in the bill also.
