Service not upto mark

We have been selling lenovo laptops from the past 2 years but the service of the company is hopeless.they are not responding to the complaints being made by my customers.1 of the laptop case is 1 month old are the only reply from their side is that there is no stock available with them.

apart from that this is always there trend of not providing service at proper time.
